100 Series Truck Shelter

Loading dock door seals provide a means for trailers to attain a tight weatherproof seal against the dock. This door seal has 2 side pads and 1 head pad. A trailer backs into the dock door seal and compresses against it until the trailer impacts the bumper. The truck is now sealed off on 3 sides. Designed for 8x8 doors only, this is the best type of seal there is.

Loading dock door seals come in 3 materials. The most economical is a 220z. Vinyl. The middle grade is Proseal. It is a woven material that has high wear resistant properties and is the material we recommend for most applications. Hypalon is the highest-grade material. It is a premium synthetic rubber that has superior wear properties.

Docks with incline/decline approaches and additional building projections will not be able to use standard dock door seals.

For 8' Wide x 8' High Doors

Complete door seal consists of header and side pads with wood backing and 8" projection. Standard color is black.Side pads come in either 12" Square or 8" Back x 11" Face Beveled.
