200 Series Truck Shelter

Door seals provide a means for trailers to attain a tight weatherproof seal against the dock. This style loading dock door seal has 2 side pads and 1 adjustable height drop curtain that is 30”H. A trailer backs into the dock door seal and compresses it until the trailer impacts the bumper. The drop curtain is then lowered until it rests on top of the trailer. The 200 Series loading dock door seal is designed for 8’W x 9’H and 8’W x 10’H doors.

We have 3 materials. The most economical is Vinyl. The middle grade is Proseal. It is a woven material that has high wear resistant properties and is the material we recommend for most applications. Hypalon is the highest grade material. It is a premium synthetic rubber that has superior wear properties.

Docks with incline/decline approaches and additional building projections will not be able to use standard dock door seals.

For 8' Wide x 10' High Doors

Complete door seal consists of side pads and an adjustable head curtain. Side pads have wood backing with 8" protection. Header curtain is attached to a galvanized formed top which protects seals from ice or snow damage. Standard color is black. Side pads come in either 12" Square or 8" Back x 11" Face Beveled.
