Hydraulic Edge of Dock Leveler

Hydraulic Edge of dock levelers offer the quality and benefits of electric hydraulic operation at a fraction of the cost.

The Hydraulic Edge of dock leveler is quick and easy to operate. Just turn the control switch to the ON position and the lip will raise up, extend outward, and fall onto the bed of the trailer. When finished, simply turn switch back ON and leveler will return itself back to the stored position. Deck and lip cylinders assist in the smooth operation of our electric hydraulic edge of dock leveler.

This Hydraulic Edge of dock is designed primarily for forklift use. Standard capacity is 20,000 lbs. with a 15” lip.
Recommended dock height is 48”-50” and edge of docks have a limited working range of 5” above dock and 5” below dock. Standard voltage is 110V and 3 phase is available as well.

Every edge of dock must be properly mounted. They must be welded to a curb angle or an approach plate and bolted to the dock. Please consult us for the proper way to mount edge of dock levelers, and to determine if an edge of dock is right for you.
