Recently, through our valued dealer Abel Womack, we partnered with Staples to design and manufacture 12 custom order picker carts tailored to their exact warehouse needs.
Staples’ warehouse teams rely heavily on order picker carts for daily fulfillment and restocking operations. Their previous carts, however, weren’t up to the challenge. The shelves were bending under load, the overall structure was showing early fatigue, and the carts simply couldn’t withstand the heavy use and high frequency of their warehouse environment.
This led to slowed productivity and increased maintenance expenses.
