Mike Podhurst displays the custom Order Picking cart at Williams-Sonoma warehouse in Cranbury, NJ.
Koke Inc. and Raymond of New Jersey LLC teamed up to supply Williams Sonoma with 10 Order Picker Tow Carts.
Mike Podhurst, Account Executive with Raymond of New Jersey, came to us to design a towable platform to fit onto a Raymond 5400 Order Picker. Cart had to be capable of lifting, pushing and towing.
Each unit has 8” kingpin casters that are specifically designed for towing. Removable handles at each end prevent product from falling off. Tow bar connects to each trailer together, and stores vertically when not in use. Full length fork pockets and clamp block secure platform to Order Picker.
These platforms are vital to moving product around their 950,000 SQFT + warehouse, and more carts will be added in the future.
Tow bar connects each cart. Capacity is rated for 1,500 lbs.
Tow bar locks vertically when not in use. Bar does not interfere with handle use or removal.
