4. Worried about OSHA? Don’t be. All OSHA regulations fall on the truck because this is what the operator is tethered to. What we have to do is be ANSI B56.1 compliant, which means there has to be some method to secure the platform to the truck. We use a clamp block method that is the same as a center stringer on a pallet to achieve this.
5. What do I have to do? OSHA 1910.178(1a)(5) states you, as the customer, must obtain a new data tag from your order picker dealer that allows the use of a front end attachment (platform) on your truck. We will provide all the necessary information you need to get this done.
6. How do I know I can definitely get a new Data Tag? Because we work closely with lift truck manufacturers ever day, we know what will or won’t be approved and we will only design and sell proper platforms. After all, it makes no sense for you or us to spend the time designing a product that cannot be used. In fact, we guarantee you will be able to get a new Data Plate or we will refund your money 100%!
7. What about a warranty? We offer the industry leading 2 Year Workmanship Warranty. Should you experience a product failure due to workmanship, Koke Inc will either repair or replace the item at our expense! No one builds a platform like Koke and we back up what we say.
